We provide supportive housing counseling and services to families and individuals facing hardship. We help connect our clients with the information, services, and assistance programs needed to navigate their housing challenges.

SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

  • Rapid Rehousing - we assist in cases of unexpected and urgent loss of residence to find solutions to sometimes complex housing circumstances.
  • Re-Entry Program - case management services for individuals who have a criminal background and are homeless.
  • Permanent Supportive Housing - we provide permanent supportive housing assistance to chronically homeless individuals with a disability.
