RESPONSE AND UPDATES regarding COVID-19

We understand the additional stress this causes on our community and want to do whatever is in our power to help reduce any stress we can. At this time it is important that we band together as a community and work for the good of all.

Respond Now WILL continue to provide pantry services Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am-5pm. Our staff will greet you outside at your car or on the sidewalk to determine what your needs are and provide you with pre-packaged groceries and any information about resources that you may need. We respectfully request that you maintain a 6-7ft distance if you come on foot.

If you are currently in need of housing services please contact the Suburban Cook Homelessness Prevention Hotline at (877) 426-6515.

*We will not be taking walk-ins of any kind at this time.*

If you have a scheduled appointment, we will continue to honor that appointment. You are, of course, welcome to reschedule. Respond Now is taking every precaution to lower risk of cross-contamination, including having a limited amount of staff in the office each day, sanitizing regularly touched surfaces multiple times daily, and significantly limiting the number of people coming into the office.
